Inn at Haystack Rock:
1. New Carpets
2. New tile
3. New interior paint
4. Updated furniture in Spa Cottages

Blue Gull Inn
1. Converted units #5 & 6 to One Bedroom Spa Suites
2. Converted the Garden Cottage into the Garden Spa Cottage with Full Kitchen
3. Installed new full kitchen in unit # 11, tiled upstairs bathroom and removed adjoining door
4. Installed new kitchen in unit #10
5. Installed new bathroom in unit #8
6. Removed adjoining doors in units 5A & 6A
7. Installed all new windows
8. Installed all new carpets
9. Installed new tile in kitchens and door entries
10. Installed new furniture throughout the motel

Work in progress:
1. New gardens in the front of the motel
2. Remove and install new entry porches into each room
3. Exterior paint
4. Build and install new Arbor and increase the size of the courtyard
